Pork Burger Recipe
This Pork Cuban Burger Recipe is a favorite for my Family. This has to be one of the best pork Burger out there !
Ingredients :
- 4 burger buns
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef (80/20)
- dill pickles (sliced)
- yellow mustard
- 1 1/2 cups leftover pulled pork (warmed through)
- 1 lb ham (thinly sliced)
- 8 slices swiss cheese
- dill pickles (sliced)
- yellow mustard
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instruction :
- Preheat grill, or cast iron skillet to medium high heat.
- Form the beef into 4 equal patties.
- Liberally season the patties with salt and pepper.
- Cook the burgers on one side until they form a nice crust, about 4-5 minutes.
- Flip the burgers, and pile an equal amount of the pulled pork on each one.
- Add 2 slices of cheese to each burger, on top of the pulled pork.
- Cook the burgers until the cheese has melted. They should be about medium at this point. (For well done, cook on the second side for 2-3 minutes before adding the pork and cheese.)
- As the burgers finish cooking, quickly sear the ham, and toast your buns.
- Assemble the components in whatever order you want to.
